People who are sick and are supposed to be taking their medications at a given time should be really keen at look at the time because they might end up taking the medicine at a wrong time as it is not supposed to and people who should really look at the time all the time before taking their medications are the people who are diabetic because if they take their medications at the wrong time it will interfere with their sugar level. Resetting If the clock causes increased cluster headache because when the time changes the rhythm that we have which is from our natural circadian rhythm which controls us is disrupted it does cause cluster headache something that is very painful and cannot give us the peace that we might be needing.

There is always an increase of car accidents when the clock is switched to daylight saving time making those people who do drive sleep while driving because their sleeping time would have changed and the body will not adjust to the change fast. Our bodies might sometimes have the inability of adjusting to a new time when the clock is switched to daylight saving time something that makes us feel tired even without doing anything.
